Salon Policies

These policies protect your time, Michael's time, and the integrity of every client's healthy hair journey.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A $20 booking deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to one reschedule.

Food & Drinks

You are welcome to bring food and drinks. Please clean up after yourself before leaving.

Same-Day Booking Fee

A $30 same-day fee applies to all appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period applies. Arrivals after 30 minutes will be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited so subsequent clients are not impacted. A $20 late fee applies past 30 minutes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please notify Michael at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. One reschedule is allowed per deposit; subsequent reschedules require a new deposit.

No-Call / No-Show

No-shows forfeit the deposit and must pay 50% of the missed service before booking again.

Hair Preparation

Arrive with hair washed, blown out, and free of product unless your service includes a wash. Detangled hair ensures the best results in the time booked.

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm, luxury environment, please come solo. Children receiving services are welcome.

Consultation-Required Services

Custom wigs, luxury extensions, and bridal/event services require a paid 1:1 consultation before booking the full appointment.

Health & Safety

Please reschedule if you are unwell. Deposits will be transferred without penalty for documented illness.

Product Returns

Due to the nature of beauty products, all MOOR Beauty sales are final. Damaged shipments may be replaced within 7 days of delivery.

Policies are agreed to at the time of booking.
