Salon Policies & Agreement
+ Non-Refundable Deposit
A $20 booking deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. Deposits are non-refundable.
+ Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period applies. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.
+ Cancellation / Rescheduling
Please notify Michael at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. One reschedule is allowed per deposit.
+ No-Call / No-Show
No-shows forfeit the deposit and must pay 50% of the missed service before booking again.
+ Hair Preparation
Arrive with hair washed, blown out, and free of product unless your service includes a wash.
+ Guests & Children
To maintain a calm, luxury environment, please come solo. Children receiving services are welcome.
+ Consultation Required Services
Custom wigs, extensions, and bridal services require a 1:1 consultation before booking the full appointment.
